Brother John explains that people who have many Earthly possessions are often spiritually bankrupt when they come to the other side. Every person, he explains, has created their own reward or their own punishment, but it is entirely internal, not a heaven or hell. The church, he says, is built on the misery of untold millions of souls. As a result, many now in the afterlife will rejoice when the power of the church is broken forever.
